MEET JOEY FIGUEIREDO.
Hi, my name is Joey Figueiredo! Hairstylist for 17 years and Educator for 7, specializing in grey coverage, extensions, and dimensional color. Starting as a photographer out of college and finding my way to Kansas City, I found the beauty and fun in hairstyling. Apprenticing and working my way into being a full stylist. I was able to work and train with the most highly sought-out stylists and education courses. Working on photoshoots, New York Fashion Week, traveling the US educating cutting and coloring techniques, while bringing it all back to my studio for you.

It all begins with an idea. I enjoy seeing the photos and inspirations you bring, and together, we'll find the perfect colour and cut that suits your lifestyle. My clientele is extensive, ranging from young adults to individuals who want to enhance their style at all stages of life. Whether you're all about the glam or prefer to keep it simple, my mission is to make sure you leave the salon feeling fabulous while still feeling like a better version of yourself. And hey, laughter and fun? They're always on the menu when you're in my chair!

Figueiredo Hair Studio is situated within Sola Salons, featuring modern salon suites designed to cater to independent beauty professionals seeking a personalized and professional workspace. These suites offer a comfortable and welcoming environment for both stylists and clients alike.
At the studio, you'll experience a private and individualized session, ensuring dedicated one-on-one time with me while receiving the signature services and exceptional experience you've come to expect and love. With no use of assistants, you'll receive full-service attention without being passed around the salon.
My priority is your safety and comfort, which is why I maintain strict cleanliness and sanitation practices to create a safe space free from cross-contamination with other clients and stylists.
