Cancellation Policy

Upon creating an appointment you will receive a text and email confirmation and again 48 hours before your scheduled time. I understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may need to change. However, as a courtesy to myself and other clients, I kindly request that you provide at least 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee, equivalent to a percentage of the service booked. First time will be 50% and there after is 100% of your scheduled service.

Scheduling

I do not utilize an online booking system. Each client's service may vary in duration, and I prioritize punctuality to ensure everyone's needs are met promptly and respectfully. To accommodate individual needs, appointments are booked through text, call, or email. Please reach out during business hours, understanding that I may be with clients and may take a few hours to respond. Rest assured, you will always receive a response by the end of the day. Payment

I use Square Software and accept cash, all forms of credit/debit cards. Checks are accepted only if a card is on file.

Rescheduling

I acknowledge that unexpected events occur, and the same can happen on my end. Kindly text or call at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Last-minute rescheduling may incur a fee. Occasionally, I may be called away from the studio for sudden opportunities, but rest assured, I'll provide ample time to collaborate on finding a new appointment time that suits you best.

Redo / Adjsutments

As we venture into a new color or style, it's possible that the final result at home may differ from what we see in the salon. Please know that I don't take this personally and am ready to make adjustments based on our initial consultation. Some adjustments may be quick and straightforward, and I want you to feel comfortable knowing that I'll always be honest and make sure you feel at ease. Any redo or adjustments will be accommodated within a week of the original appointment.
